Who can resist celebrating Coffee AND Autumn??!!
Not me!! That's why I'm joining the fun with the Coffee Lovers Bloghop!
I pulled out the ol' Silhouette (and in the process bought a new Cameo, hahaha) and cut myself the coffee cup and sentiment!
This card was heavily inspired by MFT's dies (that I don't have...) and I wanted to make that whipped cream topping extra special. Sooooooo.....
I cut out the shape, slathered it with molding paste, and sprinkled Distress Stickles Rock Candy all over it. Looks good enough to eat, doesn't it?
The sentiment was cut out three times, glued together, then embossed with black EP 3-4 times.
The rest of the sentiment is from Taylored Expressions.
Thanks for stopping by!!!
Hi again!
This is another fun project made with new MFT goodies.
I LOVE Hallowe'en, but I'm one of THOSE people who don't send out cards, so I love the sentiments in this set. They are Hallowe'en-ISH, but could be given anytime to a person with a sense of humour!

Details: The background was sprayed with Dylusions, THEN, when the ink dried I put the new Stencil: Chevron Grid on top and "ghosted" the pattern. (Ghosting is when you take ink away by adding water or wiping with a baby wipe... It's simple, but cool!)
I'll also be entering this in the Card Design Superstar contest!

Hi guys!
It's been two weeks of school and I think I'm finally finding my groove. I'm pretty much admitting to myself that I don't have time/energy to craft during the week, so the weekend is when I get down to business..
Which is hard, because I'm a night person... But anyway...
Today's card is for the current MFT sketch using some brand-new goodies!
I got this super cute Monster Love set last week (I also sprang for the dies!) and I've been itching to use it. They're just so cute!
I used the misti to help place the eyes/antennae and MAN, did that help!
I am also going to throw my hat in the ring for the Card Design Contest with some other amazing artists... What the hell!!
See you soon!

Hi there!! For today's post I decided to get messy and create a mixed media tag - I hope you like it!
Touches of Gold Shimmer twine were used in the cluster and of course, on top!
Thanks for stopping by!!
Back to school means back to work for me and my husband and yes, I feel all of the same jitters that the kids do! I love getting back into a routine and meeting my new students... It's all very exciting.
This year I have a goal: USE MY PLANNER!
I've had a planner for the past two years and I always have great intentions, but I never follow through. I am hoping that by making my planner more teacher-friendly I will use it on a daily basis...
To start the year off I added a bunch of inspirational words from the Say It With Stickers: Teacher sheet.
To hold my place in the planner I created a really easy bookmark: sticker, patterned paper, cardstock and some twine...
I made the twine stick out a bit so when the planner's closed I can quickly find my spot:

There's a new stamp set in town as part of Technique Tuesday's September release!
The background on this card turned out so pretty! I used pigment inks (Memento) and the Ranger blending tool to get the colours super soft. I'm so glad to be back home with my stuff and that includes my die cuts, inks, and of course my Copic Markers. This stamp is such a fun one to colour!!
I took inspiration from the paper collection I got the stickers from and had a lot of fun getting back into the swing of things colouring-wise.
Supplies:
Stamp set: Technique Tuesday Mouse Chef
Stamp set: Technique Tuesday Mouse Chef
Sticker: Photoplay Fresh Picked (a new company for me and I love it!!)
