Hey everyone, and welcome to our second day of Blog Hop Challenges! Today we have two new sets for you to see, so let's get started!
Friendbots, Lovebots, Nursebots, and now Birthdaybots. Torcio has been hard at work to bring us another fabulous bot! Is this bot ever cute. What a fabulous way to send out birthday wishes to your little bot.




Do you ever struggle with making cards for boys? I know I always do so this set is like a big sigh of relief!! It’s perfect for any boy in your life – young and old – and I can’t wait to pull it out for my son’s birthday parties and other celebrations!

Supplies used: PTI cardstock, Echo Park (Victoria Gardens) patterned papers, Copic markers, Stampers Anon. chicken wire BG stamp, Nestabilities die, Divine Twine.

In addition to the colours the challenge was to make a masculine card. I left the card relatively simple (I did use a nestabilities frame around the image and a new banner die for the sentiment) but no ribbon or buttons or anything too froo-froo...

1. I stamped out the wave set numerous times on the blue patterned paper and cut them out. 
2. I adhered the waves on top of the solid piece of patterned paper and hid the glue line with lace! 
3. I lightly sponged white and grey ink in the background with a home-made cloud template. 
4. To make the sentiment cloud I stamped the sentiment on white paper and sketched a cloud shape in pencil around the sentiment and cut it out. 
5. The sailboat is paper pieced using 3 different patterned papers.
