Project Life?

So I was challenged by Stampendous! to use some Project Life sleeves and I gotta tell you:
I had a HECK OF A TIME!!

I don’t know if I was obsessing about it being “perfect” or because I wanted to add more stuff… But it took me a long time to get the first page completed.

Here’s my first try:

There’s also the problem of photographing them… but that’s another day.
I used this assignment to try to get some more of my wedding photos scrapped. It worked out well! I have a lot of close-up shots and this is the perfect avenue for them.

I like that it doesn’t take much to fill a panel. I stamped this sentiment (NEW! Stampendous stamp coming soon…) onto a ticket die cut and that’s it!

Stampendous! has a stamp set coming out that’s geared towards journaling and Smash-book type papercrafts. It’s very handy for Project Life!

Here’s my second attempt that I actually kind of love:

With this configuration I was able to keep all of the photos full-size and I really appreciated that. There are some photos I can’t bear to cut! lol…

  14. I really like the look of both of these. The matting of all of your non-photo panels in the first and the graphic quality of the 2nd is great.
