Do you make lists? I am constantly writing various lists on random pads of paper around my house, and leaving them all over the place. I make lists about:
-money
-groceries
-teaching stuff to do
-projects on the go
-projects to do
and around Christmas time is possibly the busiest list-making time for me. I picked up a cheap note-pad from M's, and thought it would be the easiest way to make a book with my bind-it-all! All I would need to do is decorate the front cover.
I initially picked out some paper to cover the whole front cover, but since I'm totally into the kraft/white thing, I left it au natural. I stamped various snowflake images in Cloud White (Versamagic) and a cute Amuse sentiment directly onto the chipboard cover. I then glued the rik rak with Zip Dry liquid adhesive and made a little pull-tab at the bottom with a snap (WeR). I punched the squares out of some Around The Block paper with my giga scallop square punch (Marvy) and adhered them to the chipboard with Zip Dry. I then bound it all together with my Bind-it-All. Finished size is 4x8.
This will be a permanent fixture in my purse from now until Christmas. Do you think this would be a good gift for my son's teachers? Maybe I'll run to M's and pick up some more pads.
Anyway, happy list-making, and thanx for visiting!
