This week our challenge is brought to us by our Trendsetter of the week- Jenny! She has challenged us to make a card going Au Naturale!!! In other words, we want to see you use Jute, hemp, burlap, twine etc on your card. Since it’s Hallowe’en I thought I would incorporate the challenge into a spooky card that I made for Phoenix’s teacher…

To make this almost one layer card I sprayed the green patterned paper (it has a very subtle pattern…) with a few different green glimmer mists. One of the bottles was clogged so I ended up getting very mad at it and practically THREW the mist at the paper which worked out quite nicely in the end.. LOL! The big splatters are my favourite part. Once I was done misting I stamped the bats and sentiment from the Bugs and Hisses set and added the black twine and Spider Web die cut.
