I made a couple of cards using a "watercolour" technique... Here they are:
So what I did to watercolour with the Radiant Neon™ inks was use a Ranger large waterbrush and I just swiped it over the ink I wanted to use. A little tip: have a small glass of water handy to dip the brush into if you want the colours even more watered-down like I did.
