Welcome to day 2 of There She's Goes blog hop challenges. If you're doing the hop you should have arrived here from Theresa's blog, if not, head back to the TSG blog and start from the beginning. We're previewing two sets today and there's going to be lots of eye-candy!
This adorable car illustrated by Melyssa is great to make a fun, every day card for family and friends! The larger car featured in this mini set was sized so that it could also be used with Leah (who can be seen in the Freeze The Moment stamp set).
I went crazy with the layers and colouring yesterday, so I took it easy and did a couple of clean-and-simple cards. The cream-coloured VW's are my fav, so I had to colour this one up just like it. SO cute!
Vroom is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 6 stamps and will sell for $7.
Stamping on patterned paper is a quick and easy way to add colour to your card. Again, sticking to the CAS style of card-making I kept a lot of white space on the card and added a strip of crinkley seam binding ribbon for a little bit of a feminine touch. A sticker sentiment completed the card.
Hibiscus is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 7 stamps and will sell for $7.
Would you like a chance to win the Vroom / Hibiscus stamp sets? Here’s what you need to do- go to each of the Trendsetter’s Blogs and leave a comment on their Vroom / Hibiscus Blog Hop Challenge post. After you have finished checking out the eye candy and have left some love, return to the TSG Blog and add your name to the Mr. Linky at the bottom of this Blog Hop Challenge post. A winner will be chosen randomly using a
random number generator to receive their very own Vroom / Hibiscus stamp sets. The winner will be announced Saturday (June 25) during the Release Party Chat.
Your last stop is Torico, the illustrator of Hibiscus! Have fun.
Copics on the car:
Cream: E40, 41
Black/grey: C00, 1, 3, 5, 7

ReplyDeleteThat Vroom sentiment makes me blush, LOL, and I never think to stamp images on DP like that - my reflex reaction is to color them in - thanks for the inspiration Tobi!
