Hi there, it's me again with some mixed media fun! Halloween is a great reason to get a little messy with your projects, and it's fun to let loose and experiment a little. I have been vowing for the past couple of weeks to make my craft table a paint zone (instead of a clean card zone) and this was a start!

Hi there! I hope wherever you are, you’re having a happy Hallowe’en. Here in Vancouver, BC it’s raining.. Actually, raining is a nice word for what’s happening outside – it’s more like a torrential downpour. Ah well! It’s not stopping the kids from knocking on my door every couple minutes!

I played along with this week’s TSG inspiration challenge: TSG179

One of my favourite fall drinks (my other fav: Salted Caramel Mocha… YUM!). Anyway.. Such a beautiful fall photo that inspired me to use the cutest set called Pumpkins on the Vine (and the sentiment from Fabulous).

She’s coloured with Copic markers and pastel chalk pencils. I used my Silhouette to cut out a bunch of the shapes (the cool label and clouds) and some pretty pearl lace finished it off!

To be eligible for the giveaway, create a card or project using the inspiration color challenge, and then come back to the TSG Blog to add your name and a link to your project in the InLinkz that is located at the bottom of this challenge post. This challenge is open until the winner has been announced on the following Monday (November 5th). The winner will get a $5 gift certificate to use in the TSG Web store!

You do not need to have a blog to be able to participate in the TSG Challenges! You can simply add the URL link from your project after it has been uploaded to your online craft gallery. If you upload your card to an online craft gallery, please use the keyword TSG179 so we can check out your beautiful work!

Hi there! All week on the There She Goes blog I've been posting about some great classic sets, one of them being Hauntingly Delightful... An awesome set!

Isn't he cute? I know, he's a mummy, but he's cute!!! lol...

So I have a little before and after for you.. It's hard to know what I've colored with what when you're looking at the final product.

So here's the image colored with copics (E40, 41, 43):

Looking at this, I could've used some darker markers in the color family, but the colors get brown instead of that dirty white color, so I used my charcoal pencil.

Is that more mummy-ish? I think so! I spent a lot more time adding the shading with the pencil than my Copics 'cause its just so darn fun!

Head on over to the TSG blog to check out our teams creations this week!

Here’s today’s project:

Know what it is?? It’s a “sour cream container” (click here for a tutorial) that used to be really popular. The most difficult thing in this project? The photo.. lol.. It has no level side!!! How do you photo something like that???? Anyway…. I thought this would be a cute little gift (and yah… seriously easy) to give to a niece or nephew or special student. lol…

*The circles can be punched out with a 1 3/8 in. punch

*There will be a total of four dies to go with this set. One for each of the big shapes and then a set of nesting banner dies.
