CARD... not a skirt.. Me in a micro miniskirt would just be scary.. lol..

This is a challenge over at {Caardvarks} and I haven't done one with them, and this seemed fun! I chose this tiny little polar bear as my feature image. He's SO cute. I coloured him with Copic markers and added a little liquid applique for fun. The finished card measures 2.5x3.5, the size of an ATC.
