Scallop Border Tutorial

1. Remove paper guard from punch. This is a standard corner punch by EK, purchased from my LSS.

2. Turn punch over so you're looking at the bottom of it. Start punching at the left edge of your paper, and with each consecutive punch going right, line the corner of your punch up with the last scallop just punched.

3. You're done! The great thing about using the corner punch is that you can have any size paper you want because it only punches the bottom off.. Gotta love it!

Finished Card!
This card is for the technique lovers challenge at Splitcoast. It involved shmushing different colour pigment inkpads onto white CS, stamping an image in white pigment ink (in my case the snowflake) and covering the whole thing in clear embossing powder. I thought of these BRAND NEW stamps from Amuse INSTANTLY when I finished the background. Hope you enjoyed the tutorial! ;)

  1. Okay... I'm dumb... I've tried this following your directions and my scallops don't look like that... the "V" is deeper
