Kristina's 50th Colour Inspiration Challenge!

I have wanted to work on Kristina's 50th colour challenge (with prizes!) all week and finally, tonight, at 1:00 am I am done, and it's photographed and uploaded... Phew!!

I think you're gonna like this one. I used some extra special goodies on it. Wanna see??

After reading some tutorials and seeing Kristina's cutting kits, I decided I wanted a digital cutter. I have the Slice which is right on my table-top, which will remain on my table-top, and I have the cuttlebug that I will continue to use for embossing and nesties, but MAN, am I gonna love the Silhouette..
I won't tell you how many extra drivers and plug-ins and updates I had to load on my computer to get the software to function properly (I nearly smashed my computer against the wall I was getting so frustrated), but after Ian and I got the software figured out, I got right to work and cut out some stuff!!
The circle card base as well as the turquoise piece are both from this kit. "Thanks" is from this kit. The butterflies are a Stampin' Up die (by Sizzix). (See I still use my Cuttlebug....) I stamped the background with a DRS Designs stamp in "Fresh Snow" by PTI. The patterned paper used for the butterfly is by WeR. Isn't it perfect??
Have a great weekend!!!

quick question, I am in Canada and was wondering if you know where we can get Elzybells stamps here instead of having to order from overseas.

  8. Because of the contract with AMuse, Elzybells are not allowed to be sold in North America until at least October. There will be a HUGE announcement as soon as this changes, trust us!!!!

  9. Thanks for answering Toby! I would love to get some but would rather wait on the ones from overseas cause I see the Amuse ones are much smaller. I will keep an eye out and maybe she'll do free shipping again (I missed the last one!)
