Happy February! Did you know there's a new challenge at Splitcoast? It's a mixed media challenge and HECK YES I'll be playing along!
Today is the first challenge and Lydia is calling it "Yin Yang." There's a matte element (the background paper that's been coated with Gesso) and a shiny element (embossed stamping.)
Pretty, right? I never thought of adding a little gesso (or white acrylic paint would work too..) to pattern paper to tone it down. I'll be doing that again!!
