Welcome to the Technique Tuesday Stamping Tech Hop!
Welcome to the Technique Tuesday Stamping Tech Hop!
I’m a part of Technique Tuesday’s Stamping Tech team , and we are joining together today for a Blog Hop.
We’re sharing some of our favorite cards made with Technique Tuesday’s stamps.
Here is the first project I made for the hop.
I have a bunch of these cute little clipboards that are so fun to add to cards, so I thought, "Why not??" I used a set called "Talking in Circles" that is designed to coordinate with nestabilities die cuts. SO quick and easy it's not even funny..
Here's my second card, and I am not lying, I probably took 40 pictures of this silly thing to try and get it right.. No matter what, the contrast was always weird and yah... That glimmer mist is a hard thing to photograph..
So I used a set called "Glee" and I stamped the image on white cardstock and cut it out with a nestabilities die. Then I stamped the music note image on kraft cardstock in red ink to create the background. Then I sprayed it with red Glimmer Mist and heat set it. Here's a close-up:
You can see it's a little more shimmery and glimmery from this angle... Like I said, I love using the glimmer mist and I use it often, but I can't get it to translate well in photos... It's a neat way to add a little something...
