Design Team Calendar

I am getting too busy to keep track of things in my head so I made a DT calendar that's featured on the SRM Blog today.

This is an 8x8 calendar from SRM.

I kept it relatively simple because I knew it would be handled for a whole year!

I like the elements all grouped in the corner - it's a nice way to create a balanced design!

Here is April, the first month of my calendar:

I have entered in assignments for the teams that have specific due-dates and deadlines, and every design team has a different colour. Visually, I can then see when I have a busy week and who I am busy with!! At the bottom I will add assignments from teams that are on-going!
